Our team consists of both Paramedic, Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing expert witness services. Eric Bauer is the founder and CEO for FlightBridgeED, LLC. He's an internationally recognized best selling author, speaker and educator. He has worked in the EMS field for 25 years with the past 14 years spent in the HEMS industry. Eric holds an Associate of Sciences Degree in Emergency Medical Services - Paramedic, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Technical Management Health Care Administration, and a Master's degree in Business Administration - MBA. Eric's extensive experience in the emergency medical industry in roles as Lieutenant, Operations Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Field Training Officer, Operations Training Officer, Regional Clinical Compliance Evaluator and Critical Care Provider and educator, gives him a broad experience level that will greatly impact his leadership in consulting services for ground and air medical organizations.

In addition, Eric has extensive experience in clinical compliance, education and CQI evaluation. This experience gives Eric and FlightBridgeED the ability to perform added consulting work as an expert witness for malpractice litigation cases around the nation.
