His experience includes depositions and expert report authorship. He recently worked for counsel on prominent smartphone infringement case, where he successfully completed code review and infringement analysis for nine patents across 29 smartphone models, with code in C++, .NET, and Java and for phones running the Android, Windows Mobile and Windows Phone 7 operating systems. He recently authored an expert report and gave deposition on the project cost and impacts of call center software solutions.
Mr. Ulrich has Bachelors of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, and has been a practicing scientist, engineer and technology consultant for over a decade. He has hands-on experience working on teams of highly-trained professionals in the fields of smartphone applications, web applications, windows applications, medical software, medical device, financial trading, IP and patents, technology management, business administration, software regulation and compliance, and software-related litigation analysis.
