Mr. Gogulski's firm has worked with attorneys throughout the country. He gained the legal aspects of construction while employed by General Electric's corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation in Schenectady, New York. After a national search for an expert, Mr. Gogulski was selected by the attorneys involved in litigation for a design-build process plant in Ohio. He successfully resolved the dispute through mediation. He is on the Construction Committee of the American Bar Association, and is active in a wide variety of construction litigation, personal injury, accidents, and forensic investigations.

Professional Experience

Starting with Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco,.Mr. Gogulski grew in progressively more responsible steps to Project Manager and Vice President for general contractors. He was recruited by General Electric to oversee construction of all new GE faciilities on the east coast. then joined Disney as Owners Representative on the Contemporary Resort Hotel in Orlando, Florida. His experience includes project management assignments with New York City Transit and New York City School Construction Authority. In addition, Mr. Gogulski served Teradyne Corporation as Director of Facilities, where he supervised a 75 man department overseeing capital expansion and facility operatioon for all Teradyne’s facilities nationally and internationally.

Gogulski & Associates Inc. was started in 1999 to provide professional consulting and expert witness services throughout the country. Over 200 cases have been successfully resolved to date.

Qualifications

From progressive assignments with general contractors to Vice President with full profit and loss responsibility, Mr. Gogulski is a qualified expert in the construction industry as Owner's Representative, he directed Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel, major projects for Sheraton Hotels, and General Electric .

Reporting to the CFO of Teradyne, Paul supervised the planning and oversight of new high tech facilities throughout the country and supervised a staff of 75 managers, engineers and technical personnel. He was employed as Project Officer by the New York City School Construction Authority and as Project Manager by New York City Transit prior to his incorporation for his own firm in 1999. As Development Manager for Kaiser Engineers, Paul supervised four architectural firms in the initial design of Boston's $700 million award winning Southwest Corridor Project.
