o Reports summarizing medical records & chronology of events.
o IME attendance - verbal or written reports.
o Screening of medical records for case merit
o Review and analysis of medical records for deviations from standards of care.
o Declarations supporting medical cost projections for divorce settlements.
• Expert Testimony and Witness Preparation
o Identify testifying experts needed for case support.
o Locate and communicate attorney client needs with appropriate expert witnesses.
o Serves as an expert witness.
Litigation Support Services
