Expert Witness Security

Security refers to the process or mechanism(s) used to provide persons or property against criminal attack or loss. In civil litigation involving claims of inadequate of negligent security, plaintiffs and defendants often use experts to retrospectively assess the likelihood or foreseeability of the crime occurring, and the need for and presence, absence and utility of security measures.
