Computer Forensics is the acquisition, analysis and presentation of computer evidence for use in criminal and civil proceedings. It is a process that must be done by someone with the proper tools, training and experience with the assumption that whatever work is done will someday be closely scrutinized by multiple parties, including other experts and the courts.
