Expert Witness - Speaker Bureau

National Trucking Safety Consultants, LLC services include setting up management teams, programs and procedures for effective hiring, training and supervising truck drivers. Insure compliance with DOT, OSHA, HazMat and Environmental regulations. The firm serves as expert witness for plaintiff and defense attorneys, utilizing over 35 years experience in the trucking industry.

Services

The firm provides services related to on-site consulting and management of trucking companies or fleet operations, as well as set up, training and supervision of a company’s employees following the procedures that they put in place. The firm also provides training to the people so that they are able to continue with the work, and they do periodic on-site reviews to assure the success of the procedures set up by the firm consultants.
They devote some time in working with insurance companies who insure trucking operations in underwriting assistance. They examine a potential or existing client for insurance companies to improve their loss rates and make recommendations, both to the insured and insurance companies as to programs and procedures to improve the situation. The firm serves as expert witness for defense attorneys in supporting their case, ensuring that everything has been done by a safe, prudent and professional fleet operation. The firm also serves as expert witness for plaintiff attorneys in finding facts, and forming professional opinions as to the "short fall" of the defendant in doing what a safe, prudent and wise fleet operator should have done. The firm focuses on finding the actual cause of the accident, and then assist the attorney in building his or her case to present it to the jury.
