Dr. Jack McCubbin is a board certified gynecologist with more than 40 years of experience. He developed the first rape kit for Parkland Hospital in Dallas and the Parkland Protocol. Consulting and testifying experience for both plaintiff and defense attorneys in civil cases and prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys in matters related to sexual assault and rape, regarding issues such as sexual anatomy and evidence, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) reports and evidence, rape kits, sexual assault exams, hymenal injury, and vulvar tear, among others.
