Services

I have an unrestricted California and multi-state compact license with over 30 years of nursing experience practicing in a variety of clinical settings including: emergency, critical care, telemetry, medical-surgical, LTACH, nursing home, home health, hospice, psych, patient education, and IV therapy.

I have also gained valuable experience in nursing and patient education, nursing supervisory roles and pre-hospital care.

I've worked with defense & plaintiff attorneys for over the past 15 years providing case reviews and expert opinions in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. I have also conducted MCLE seminars for attorneys in Oklahoma.

I will assist you by reviewing and gleaning pertinent information from complex medical records and preparing a detailed chronological summary of the relevant facts. I work with product liability litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

I will help you identify the applicable standards of care and evaluate compliance as we review the pivotal issues of your case.

I will help determine the appropriate specialty area in question and suggest the most cost-effective and competent expert for consultation, expert opinion and testimony.

I will also review depositions, suggest additional records for discovery, draft interrogatories and perform all of the necessary medical research.

Records are usually reviewed and a preliminary report submitted within one week.
