I have served as a Subject Matter Expert to the California Acupuncture Board, as well as an expert witness and consultant in civil malpractice cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants, regarding allegations including pneumothorax injuries, nerve trauma, burns, slip-and-fall injuries, sexual misconduct, and out-of-scope procedures and advertising.
