I am a practicing physician with board certifications in Internal Medicine & Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). My practice of medicine includes general (primary) care in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, outpatient/ambulatory care clinics, hospice, and home health. I am also the medical director of a large primary care practice that cares for patients in assisted living facilities, personal care homes, and private residences.
