Catherine Allen, CPA (Audit Conduct, LLC)

Catherine (Cathy) Allen formed consulting firm, Audit Conduct, LLC in 2005 to help enhance understanding of the accounting profession's ethics standards, including auditor independence. She is a widely recognized expert in accountants' professional conduct, having played a key role in standard-setting and enforcement as a senior staff member of the America Institute of CPAs, and writing, teaching, and consulting on the subject both for her own firm and for two of the big 4 accounting firms.
