Dr. Garrett is a licensed physician in WASHINGTON and IDAHO. He is available as an expert witness in other states as well.

Dr. Garrett completed psychiatry residency at the University of Washington. He then completed one year of fellowship training in forensic psychiatry at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Garrett is the medical director of behavioral health services at Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
