Dr. Panzer maintains an active clinical practice in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. He is also a psychiatric consultant at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital treating patients with catastrophic injuries at a prominent Pennsylvania physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital, such as psychiatric factors and concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), dementia, those with amputations, burn injuries and diseases, stroke and spinal cord injuries.
Dr. Panzer has extensive experience in forensic concussion cases and across the full spectrum of traumatic brain injury.
Dr. Panzer has participated in class action lawsuits assessing psychiatric claims of first responders, individuals exposed to hazardous chemical spills, and individuals with pre-existing post-traumatic in a product liability case.

Dr. Panzer is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University with over 25 years of clinical experience. He is actively involved with the education of psychiatrists, forensic psychiatrists, and attorneys.
He is co-Chair of the Forensic Neuropsychiatry Committee of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law.
He has organized and participated in Panels at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Psychiatry & the Law on Advanced Topics in Forensic Neuropsychiatry (2022) and Proving and Disproving Testamentary Capacity and Undue Influence (2020).
