Deen Kemsley

Deen is an accounting professor at Tulane University who specializes in accounting standards, taxation, tax shelters, and corporate capital structure. He taught at Columbia Business School from 1995 to 2004 where he was director of Columbia’s tax research program, and he still sometimes teaches in Columbia's EMBA program. He also spent a year on the faculty at Yale. Wherever he has taught, the students have awarded him with their highest honors.
