Mark McGinnis, CCM is the owner of Fair Skies Consulting, LLC. Mark provides Expert Witness services, Weather Hazard Planning and Weather Analytics to clients. He has over twenty years of experience forecasting, analyzing and communicating complex meteorological data including, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards and derechos, to the public in a calm and friendly manner. Fair Skies Consulting was founded to educate people, communities and companies on their exposure to weather and how to mitigate risk.
