Dr. Fiona Chen, MPA, Ph.D., CPA, ABV, CFF, CITP, is a former IRS Revenue Agent in income and payroll taxes and financial products and transactions from 2002 to 2008. She was an Assistant Professor for ten years at Eastern Washington University, Florida State University, and California State University, Los Angeles in Public Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Computer Modeling, Financial Management, and Policy Analysis. Dr. Chen started her forensic career in computer simulation modeling and statistical analysis of financial systems and data.
