Eric Forster has been in the real estate industry since 1976, starting as a condo developer and property manager. He has held management positions in the real estate and mortgage industries, and has been a litigation consultant & expert witness since 1997. He holds a California real estate & mortgage broker's license, which he first obtained in 1980. He has served as a special master for the Superior Court, in a criminal mortgage fraud/Ponzi case containing 147 felony counts, and served as the Chair of the Real Estate Experts subcommittee of the American Bar Association.

He holds the MAFF designation, certified as a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics.
