Jay Moreland LLC

Jay Moreland MD is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Utah in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. He has board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. He also has board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is the Medical director for Rocky Mountain Hospice in Davis and Weber Counties of Utah. He has been a lactation consultant since 1998. He is also a journal reviewer for American Family Physician.
