Dr. Wells has over 30 years experience in wireless technology and communications, including 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G cellular and wireless networking (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, WCDMA, HSPA, HSPA+, LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR, 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE 802.11, 802.16, Bluetooth), cellular networks and infrastructure equipment (cellphone, handset, cell site, base station, antenna and mobile backhaul), RF devices and networks, and wireless rules and regulations (FCC, ETSI, CEPT). He is lead inventor on three patents and is author of "Multi-Gigabit Microwave and Millimeter-Wave Wireless Communications," (Artech House, 2010).

Dr. Wells has been active on domestic and international regulatory committees. Dr. Wells has over 30 publications and conference presentations, and is author of the book "Multi-Gigabit Microwave and Millimeter-Wave Wireless Communications." Dr. Wells has expert witness testimony experience and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
