He has directed and carried out a corporate multimillion-dollar global patent program. This included worldwide patent enforcement and filing patent applications worldwide.

For more than twenty years, Dr. Pasternack directed a corporate technical exchange program between his United States laboratory and European and Japanese partners. He has more than 65 publications including patents, journal articles and presentations at technical conferences.

Successfully established DSM as the premier world supplier of UV curable coatings in the telecommunications field.
Directed Desotech’s MSDS program and worldwide government regulation compliance program. This includes EPA, OSHA, and corresponding overseas government agencies.
Created new business opportunities through personal presentations to corporate officers and technical staff at targeted companies. Sales of UV curable coatings reached several hundred million dollars per year.
Directed and carried out Desotech's multimillion-dollar global patent program. This included worldwide patent enforcement and the filing of patent applications worldwide.
