Rhonda G. Grallnick, B.S.N., R.N.
Executive Director and Founder

Rhonda oversees the operations of Medical Advisors, which she founded in 1983. She is personally involved in the development of every case. After a case is indexed and organized, Rhonda reviews the material, then discusses medical issues and listens to legal theories presented by the attorney. After selection of the appropriate expert, Rhonda coordinates the evaluation process with the attorney and the physician to ensure timely completion.

Rhonda has worked as an emergency room nurse for medical surgical units. She served as head nurse and assistant director of nursing at a Florida community hospital. Her articles on nursing and medical-legal issues have been published in journals including Trial Magazine, Trial Reporter, The Legal Intelligencer and ATLA-New Jersey News. A Cum Laude Graduate of Temple University School of Nursing, Rhonda is licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida. She is a participant in local and national nursing organizations.

Elyce Klein
Administrative Officer

All the details of case preparation are handled by Elyce, which permits attorneys and their staff to concentrate on legal issues. From initiation of the case until its successful conclusion, Elyce orchestrates the progress. This includes coordination and scheduling of conferences, meetings and depositions. She maintains a court calendar for attorneys and physicians. A trained paralegal, Elyce studied at Temple University and has over a decade's experience working in Philadelphia's law firms.

To develop client support services, Elyce has created a sophisticated database program which provides instant access to information about cases under review. Through this system, Medical Advisors can pinpoint information concerning the details of each case. This includes data regarding receipt of medical records, status of physicians' reports and court deadlines. The database also can locate physicians by specialty and geographic location. Elyce is an Associate Member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
