Matthew E. Karlovsky, M.D., F.A.C.S. is double Board certified in Urology as well as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (formerly Urogynecology). He provides expert case review involving complications related to pelvic or vaginally placed mesh during incontinence surgery or prolapse surgery. He performs review for conventional medmal cases for Plaintiff and Defense for Urological surgery complications, trauma/injury to the urinary tract/genitalia, for civil and criminal cases.

He has 15 years of clinical/surgical experience.

He provides IMEs, chart review, written reports, or testimony (deposition and trial) based on your case needs, for the plaintiff or defense. In addition, he lectures to physician groups on mesh complications, malpractice avoidance and informed consent issues. He reviews cases for the Arizona State Medical Board, and participates in multiple quality measure groups at various hospitals and is a Faculty Instructor at University of Arizona, College of Medicine, Phoenix Campus.
